Leonardo Brijaldo
Attorney at the Paris BarTrained within the litigation departments of major international firms, Leonardo BRIJALDO has been advising a French and international clientele for over ten years in commercial law, real estate law and inheritance law.
A graduate of the Sorbonne Law School (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) in business law, private international law and international trade law, he has also lectured at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Université de Cergy-Pontoise, and at the Paris Institute of Business Administration (IAE).
He supports entrepreneurs across various sectors (investment advisers, tourism operators, brokers, real estate developers…) in monitoring and developing their activity, in France and abroad. He represents them during contractual negotiations as well as in defence and as claimant before the French courts.
Regularly involved in wealth matters, he has developed particular expertise in real estate law and inheritance law, which also leads him to support his clients on private matters aimed at growing and passing on their assets, whether personal or professional.
He also assists his clients in the settlement or unlocking of complex or disputed successions, often international.
